However, the log files are anonymized by our web server by obscuring the IP address. Therefore, we cannot draw any conclusions about your identity. There is no processing of personal data by the web app.
The prerequisite for data storage is the membership in POLYKUM e.V. The user acknowledges that in the event of termination of the membership, the transmitted data will be deleted from our server without further ado.
By importing the data, the user agrees that the data will be stored on the servers provided by us for this purpose. The user can view the material data imported by him at any time and he has the right to delete it at any time.
The web app is hosted within the EU. Transmission of all data takes place according to the generally accepted and secure standard TLS/SSL via HTTPS protocol.
The web app uses technically necessary cookies, so-called session cookies, to store log-in data, language and user settings. No consent from the user is required for these cookies. Technically unnecessary cookies such as tracking or analysis cookies are not used.
There is thus no transfer of personal data to third parties or to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.

The data you enter and send to us will be processed by the material manufacturer for the purpose of a response or recall. By sending your request you declare your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR on the aforementioned processing of your data. The transmission of the data is encrypted.
